Smoothie recipe 

Hello! Today I’m going to tell you how to make a healthy fruit smoothie.

You’ll need

  • A banana
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of yogurt 
  • 2 cups of frozen fruit
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes (optional)
  • A cutting board
  • A blender
  • A butter knife

First, take the banana and chop it using the butter knife, on the cutting board. Put the chopped banana in the blender. Now add the honey, orange juice, milk, yogurt, frozen fruit, and if needed, ice cubes to the blender. Blend the mix, and enjoy! Here’s some pictures of a tropical smoothie I made.
